About the Role AirCo is hiring a Plumbing Supervisor with a clear path to a Management role for the right leader. This position is designed for someone ready to step up-prove themselves-and quickly grow into leading an entire division.

What You'll Do

• Support and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices in the field
• Assist with daily scheduling, job oversight, and quality control
• Coach technicians on performance, customer service, and efficiency
• Ensure work meets code requirements and company standards
• Help drive team productivity, revenue, and accountability
• Partner with leadership to prepare for a transition into a management role

What You Bring

• Experience as a Lead Plumber, Foreman, or Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems
• Natural leadership ability with a desire to grow into management
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Texas plumbing license preferred
