Job Description
Dynamic Constructors is seeking a highly experienced rough and finish carpentry, framing and drywall Supervisor to lead our commercial projects in the Florida market. The role is based in Ft Lauderdale. You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for project planning, scheduling, and executing all rough and finish carpentry scopes of work for the projects. Including but not limited to metal and wood framing, sheathing, drywall hanging and finishing, ACT, etc.
The ideal candidate isn't just an administrator—they have the hands-on skills to do the work, the leadership to manage multiple crews. Must be fluent in reading commercial blueprints and enforcing site safety.
Responsibilites Include:

construction plan management
coordination with buidling departments and the project owners and GC
