We are looking for a strategic and experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to join our growing Global Tech Recruiting team. As a Recruiter on the Specialized Tech team, you will be expected to work on pipelines that may include hiring for Data Scientists, Applied Scientists, Product Designers, Product Managers, and other specialized technical talent. Your primary focus will be to run a full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing on tech roles within your designated pipelines. You should bring a level of critical thinking, proactiveness, and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help the company scale. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for roles across North America (US and Canada) which may encompass multiple pipelines, ensuring a seamless, uniform and positive candidate experience Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs Innovate on ways to source and build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of platforms Proactively build strong pipelines through sourcing and connect with potential candidates for our open requisitions Work internally with hiring managers to understand the role and their teams needs Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc. Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements Ensure data integrity across multiple platforms and maintain accurate candidate and requisition records throughout the full recruitment lifecycle Requirements 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, and ideally in multiple specialized technical roles (Data Science, Product Manager, Product Design, etc.) 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience with other tech companies Experience using tools from modern recruiting tech stack such as Greenhouse ATS, Goodtime.io, and Gem/HireEZ, or other similar tools to run a full cycle process Candidates should be experienced proactively building and maintaining technical talent pipelines, targeting passive candidates, sourcing candidates through multiple creative channels, (web/social/professional networks, etc.), as well as having built a broad network of passive talent Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data integrity across requisitions, candidate records, and reporting A natural problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and gray areas with sound judgment - comfortable making calls when there's no clear playbook Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to build trust with hiring managers, executives, and candidates alike, and communicate effectively across all levels Will consider candidates with agency background if candidate has relevant experience sourcing for tech companies Exposure to high-growth, fast‑paced environments as they will be managing 6-10 open requisitions at any given time Compensation: $40 - $55 per hour
