We are looking for a highly motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician .

Crystal Clear Custom Pools provides:

• Company truck and fuel.
• Training and steady employment throughout the year.
• All parts/supplies to complete work.
• A permanent W2 position, not a 1099 subcontractor.

Position Description:

• Visiting our customer’s residence to perform repairs and replace pool equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of two-year pool experience.
• Need to be a motivated, self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• *****Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred.
• ****$1000.00 Sign on Bonus with a RAIL.
• Ideal candidates must be dependable, hard-working and have at least 2 years of experience, must be in good physical health and able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs. A valid Texas driver’s license and clear driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
