Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical office. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced outpatient setting, ideal for both experienced nurses and new graduates looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical triage, including assessing patient symptoms and prioritizing care needs
• Manage prescription refill requests in accordance with provider protocols
• Process prior authorizations with insurance companies for medications and procedures
• Prepare and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR), including chart preparation for upcoming visits
• Assist providers with patient care coordination and follow-up
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in [State]
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and patient service abilities
• Computer proficiency; experience with EMR systems preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience:

• Prior experience in a medical office or outpatient setting is a plus, but not required
• Will train new graduates
