Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney
Location: Miami
Experience Level: 5+ Years

A prominent law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its active and growing real estate practice in Miami. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with clients, and handle sophisticated transactional real estate matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial real estate transactions, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to understand client business goals and translate them into practical legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, and other transaction-related agreements.
• Conduct and oversee title and survey review, due diligence, and resolution of related real estate issues.
• Advise clients on transaction strategy and help align legal documentation with business objectives.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to efficiently manage deal timelines and deliver practical solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through direct interaction and responsive service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience in a law firm setting
• Experience with acquisitions, lending transactions, and title/survey matters required
• Strong drafting, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Prior experience at a law firm with a substantial commercial real estate practice preferred
• J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school
