Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Photographer to capture high-quality images of products for use across digital and print platforms, including e-commerce websites, marketing materials, and catalogs. This role requires strong technical skills in photography, a consistent eye for visual presentation, and the ability to collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure all images meet brand and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photograph products from multiple angles to highlight design, quality, and functionality.
  • Use professional lighting and composition techniques to ensure clarity, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Capture detailed close-ups showcasing unique product features, textures, or identifiers.
  • Maintain a consistent photographic style aligned with brand or visual standards.
  • Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting kits, tripods, and other photography equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and set up for efficient workflow.
  • Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to understand project goals and visual requirements.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to accurately capture the key attributes of each product.
  • Deliver high-quality, edited images within project timelines for product launches or campaigns.
  • Organize image files with clear naming conventions and metadata for easy retrieval.
  • Label and tag images with relevant information for cataloging, search, or e-commerce listings.
  • Ensure all image files are properly stored and backed up.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in product photography, preferably in a studio or commercial setting.
  • Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in capturing and editing product images.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills.
