Vehicle Lot Attendant / Porter
Join our dynamic team as a Vehicle Lot Attendant / Porter and play a vital role in maintaining the safety, organization, and efficiency of our vehicle storage facility. We are looking for a dependable and diligent individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations on our lot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company procedures
- Conduct inspections of vehicles for any damage and report findings to management
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a professional appearance
- Assist customers in locating their vehicles promptly and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, walking, and lifting
