This job is responsible for greeting and safeguarding our guests as they arrive at the parking areas around Spooky Nook Sports. Traffic Officers are unarmed.

Must be 16 years of age or older to apply. This position is both first and second shift from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. The starting rate for this position is $13 hour.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet customers that are entering the complex
• Directing traffic upon entrance and exit to the complex
• Keep flow of traffic orderly at drop off area and parking lots
• Maximize parking by guiding guests into spaces
• Provide safe and friendly atmosphere in and around complex
• Report guest complaints and accidents in parking area
• Monitor and patrol parking lot for suspicious activity
• Collect Parking fees.
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• A positive and friendly attitude towards guest, customers, and fellow employees.
• Must be able to follow directions both written and verbally
• Ability to remain calm in tense or stressful situations
• Ability to keep personal information safe and private
• CPR/First Aid Certified

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work outdoor in all weather conditions
• Physical requirements necessary include walking, standing, bending, and lifting • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
