Job Overview We are seeking an
Order Picker Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire shipping process, including recording orders, labeling packages, and packing containers. The ideal candidate must be flexible, have strong attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity. Youll be a valued part of the Baffio Enterprises, Inc. team that completes the final part of the customer experience with Baffio Enterprises, Inc. Order Picker and Packer Job Responsibilities: The following is a list of day-to-day job responsibilities that can vary based upon business needs and the product that you ship. Some common responsibilities might include:
Receive and process orders
Distribute packages internally
Organize and maintain the stockroom
Planning for the arrival of incoming packages and ensure there is adequate space to store them
Document products shipped and received
Resolve any issues or incorrect orders
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and internal procedures
Careful reviewing of orders for accuracy
Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to certain packing slips and correct shipping weight.
Qualifications Previous experience as a Picker Packer or in a similar role
High school diploma/GED
Basic math and computer skills
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs. unassisted
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Work Hours: Sunday 9 AM-5 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8 AM-6 PM 30-minute paid lunches
