  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records and progress notes in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed, referring clients to external resources, such as inpatient programs, when necessary.
  • Professional Development: Participate in regular clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices in both clinical and Christian counseling.

  • Faith Alignment: A deep and committed personal Christian faith, with an ability to operate from a biblical worldview and integrate spiritual principles into clinical practice in a professional and ethical manner.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build a strong, professional, and trusting rapport with diverse clients.
  • Compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
