Position Overview: The Internal Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and alignment across Brunswick Boat Group and its iconic boat brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Internal Communications, this role is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that support the division's business objectives, reinforce Brunswick's enterprise messaging, and empower leaders and managers with the tools they need to communicate effectively with their teams. This position requires a strategic communicator and exceptional writer who can distill complex business information into clear, compelling, and actionable messages. In this role, the Internal Communications Manager will oversee execution of division-wide content strategy that focuses on driving employee engagement, specifically within the division's frontline workforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is excited to take on new challenges in our "Next Never Rests" spirit, brings creativity and precision to every project, and is passionate about fostering a connected and informed workforce.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $87,800-117,400 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context. This position is eligible to participate in Brunswick's comprehensive and high-quality benefits offerings, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401k (up to 4% match), Health Savings Account (with company contribution), wellbeing program, product purchase discounts and much more.
