Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and curious HR Specialist to join our team for a summer internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience across a variety of HR functions while working with a collaborative, fast-paced, and people-first team.

You won’t just be observing, you’ll be contributing. From onboarding to employee experience, you’ll get exposure to core HR operations and help make a meaningful impact on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with onboarding and new hire experience to ensure a smooth and welcoming start
• Help maintain and organize HR systems and employee records
• Support HR projects such as process improvements, documentation, and internal initiatives
• Partner with the team on employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist with research and reporting on HR metrics or trends
• Help ensure HR processes are consistent, organized, and scalable
• Jump into a variety of day-to-day HR needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Interest in HR operations, employee experience, or people-focused work

Bonus Points If You

• Have previous internship, campus leadership, or part-time work experience
• Are comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or HR systems
• Enjoy working with people and improving processes
