Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level HR role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, hourly recruitment, benefits, HRIS management, payroll support, and general administration. This position will serve as a key point of contact in a plant manufacturing environment for employees and leaders, helping to ensure accurate, timely, and confidential Human Resource service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct hourly hiring process, including job postings internally.
  • Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution and communication
  • Administer and maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage and update HR systems such as Dayforce, Verified First, and I-9 system
  • Support with Open Enrollment for Benefits and new hires with Benefit Enrollment.
  • Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives (e.g., morale events, recognition programs)
  • Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and assist with data audits and reporting
  • Serve as a resource to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general inquiries
  • Support company-wide HR programs such as performance reviews, and training
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times
  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Job Hours typically 8:30 AM to 5PM however every other week will need to either stay late or come in early to catch off shifts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across all levels
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable presenting in small group settings and delivering training sessions
  • Collaborative and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $45,921 - $68,881/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
