As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with HR management to implement and execute HR programs, including corporate policies, talent management, talent acquisition, and engagement initiatives. You will engage directly with Shure Associates representing Human Resources and delivering on our mission to provide the Ultimate Associate Experience. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and ready to make a significant impact while growing your career in HR.
The ideal candidate will have prior HRBP experience and be adept at providing human resources support under the guidance of HR leadership.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week on-site to support our Niles, Skokie, and Wheeling, IL office locations.

Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry's top talent. Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $54,700 to $87,600, with a midpoint target. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
