Job Description

Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Client: Healthcare

Location: Remote in Miami, FL (onsite visits when needed)

Duration : 6 month contract-to-hire

Pay Rate: 21-27/hr (depending on exp)

Required Skills & Experience

1. 1+ years' of help desk experience in a healthcare enterprise environment

2. A/D and password reset experience

3. Experience supporting large enterprises

4. Experience with a ticketing system

5. Bachelors' Degree

Job Description

South Florida’s leading healthcare system is seeking a Help Desk Analyst with 1+ years of experience to join its IT support team. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare or imaging experience and be comfortable supporting enterprise users in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires hands‑on experience with password resets, Active Directory, Microsoft Office applications, and the use of a ticketing system to track and resolve issues. An A+ certification is strongly preferred, along with a solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware and software problems. The Help Desk Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring timely, high‑quality technical support for end users across the organization.
