Overview
We’re hiring Help Desk Technicians to support a high-volume service desk environment for one of our growing retail clients. This position combines customer support with basic technical troubleshooting, assisting both corporate employees and retail locations.
This is a fast-paced, call center-style environment—strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet are just as important as technical ability.
