Unisource National Lender Services is a real estate related service company operating in 43 states. We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Job Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years experience as Full Charge Bookkeeper with full cycle bookkeeping experience. Ability to clearly understand general ledgers, balance sheet, profit and loss statements and clean up work as necessary for accurate financial reporting each month. 2. Strong experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). This includes sending invoices to current customers, managing aging reports. 3. Clear understanding of multiple Bank accounts reconciliations (15 bank accounts) including understanding and the ability to resolve issues as they are found during reconciliation. Understanding of Due to/Due from accounts and closing month end books. 4. Strong ability to review and understand the balance sheet, to reconcile the balance sheet to match the cash flow statements. The ability to clean up work as needed in order to continually have balance sheet be accurate. 4. Ability to run payroll through ADP including calculating commissions. The ability to set up remote employees in different states and obtain employer ID numbers and incorporate with payroll. 5. QuickBooks Enterprise desktop version is currently being utilized. Ability to run consolidated financial statements, ability to close out monthly financials, work with the CPA at year end to close books and make regulatory filings as needed.
