Pay : $24.00 to 34.00 hourly (based on experience) + overtime

Schedule : Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Jack Hornsby Electric is hiring experienced Commercial and Industrial Electricians who want steady, high-quality work without the burden of overnight travel. All projects are local to West Tennessee, allowing you to stay close to home while working on complex, meaningful builds.

Our work includes healthcare facilities, industrial manufacturing environments, and large-scale commercial projects. You'll find our team on sites such as Kirkland Cancer Center, Ballad Health Micro Hospital, Georgia-Pacific, Novalex / Duro, and Pope K-8 School. From industrial maintenance to plan & spec construction, we maintain a consistent pipeline of work that supports long-term stability.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform industrial electrical construction and maintenance work
• Complete commercial installations, including healthcare environments
• Work on plan & spec projects with an established project backlog

What we're looking for:

• 3-4 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints and working independently in the field
• Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and job site organization
• Reliable team player with solid communication skills and a willingness to continue learning
