Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking an Email Campaign Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of consolidated and ad-hoc email campaigns from concept through launch
• Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to align objectives, creative direction, and campaign goals
• Manage creative-to-data mapping and deliver required assets to the email development team
• Conduct preview and quality assurance (QA) reviews, collect stakeholder feedback, and clearly communicate updates and revisions to the build team
• Review audit outputs as part of the QA process, gather required feedback, and manage approval workflows to ensure campaign readiness and compliance
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices while managing timelines and milestones
• Act as a subject matter expert for email best practices and performance optimization
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing
• Strong project and channel management experience with great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of interactive marketing and email channel including targeting, messaging, creative, subject lines, testing, CAN-SPAM, deliverability, and email performance metrics
• Hands-on knowledge of highly dynamic, data-driven email templates

• Strong Microsoft proficiency
• Attention to detail, strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Financial or related industry understanding is a plus
