About the Role
Join us as the Director of Data Center Engineering, where you will lead the transformation of AI-driven data center experiences. This is an exceptional opportunity to define and innovate the engineering lifecycle of state-of-the-art data centers, from initial design to system integration and final deployment. We are seeking a dynamic leader who will drive forward-thinking solutions in high-density, GPU-accelerated environments. As the Director, you will oversee architectural strategies and advanced infrastructure implementations while nurturing a multidisciplinary team of engineers. Your role will also involve establishing global engineering standards and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in data center, semiconductor, or mission-critical infrastructure engineering, showcasing a successful history in managing large-scale, high-density environments. A robust understanding of thermodynamics, power systems, energy management, and modern cooling technologies is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or PE license being a plus. Experience in modular, prefabricated, or hyperscale data centers and a proven track record in scaling teams and processes for global operations is key. We value expertise in simulation, modeling, and data-driven design tools, as well as a thorough familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
