Job Description
· Daily DAM Operations (“Keeping the Lights On”)
§ Perform day‑to‑day system maintenance activities for the DAM
§ Check and manage asset licensing rights
§ Provision and de‑provision users as needed
· Asset Intake & Metadata Management
§ Work closely with marketers and external agencies who upload assets
§ Verify metadata accuracy and completeness
§ Update and correct metadata as needed to ensure assets are searchable and usable
· Asset Volume Management
§ Manage a high daily volume of incoming assets
§ Maintain and organize all marketing assets, including:
§ Videos
§ Email assets
§ Door hangers
§ Any other marketing collateral
§ Governance, Auditing & Archiving
· Audit the DAM regularly to ensure assets are up to date
§ Identify assets that should be archived and ensure they are properly archived
§ Confirm that all required assets are accounted for and correctly stored
· Documentation & Process Management
§ Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
· Update documentation whenever there are changes to day‑to‑day processes or workflows

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
• Prior experience with DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, Orange Logic, or Bynder
• Experience working within a marketing organization or supporting marketing workflows
• Strong understanding of intellectual property, licensing, and usage rights (including talent rights and license expirations)
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues • Experience with Workfront as a workflow management
• Experience working in the Bynder platform
• Familiarity with KNAK
