You may be better at real estate than the people already doing it.
Not because you’ve sold houses before, but because you already know how to communicate, build trust, follow through, and guide people well. If you have strong soft skills from another field like education, hospitality, or recruiting, you may be a lot closer to this than you think.
We’re currently hiring in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas for a current or aspiring agent who knows they’re capable of more than their current job is paying them for.
You do not need previous real estate experience. We can teach the real estate part. What matters most is that you already have strong people skills, initiative, follow-through, and the ability to build trust quickly.
We provide real training, coaching, admin support, accountability, and actual opportunities. You focus on the relationships and the houses. Our admin team handles the paperwork, coordination, and day-to-day rhythm so you have more time to do what you do best: building trust, earning clients, and helping people make big decisions well.
This is a fit for two types of people:
Ready now - You’re willing to go full-time and hit the ground running.
Interested, but not ready - You can see the opportunity, but making the leap isn't an option right now. For the right person, there is a transition path that allows you to build while still working your current job.
