Responsibilities Kforce's client in NYC is seeking a highly experienced Business Value Architect with a strong consulting background to lead enterprise-scale process mining initiatives. This individual will operate at the intersection of business and technology-partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities, quantify measurable business value, and drive adoption across complex organizations. This role is ideal for a former data engineer or technical consultant who has evolved into a client-facing strategist, capable of translating SAP data structures into actionable business insights.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Celonis process mining implementations across large-scale enterprise environments
- Identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities across key functions such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Finance
- Quantify and articulate business value / ROI, with a track record of delivering multi-million-dollar impact
- Facilitate SAP workshops with both technical and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between data structures and operational outcomes
- Analyze and map SAP data models and tables across multiple functional areas to enable accurate process insights
- Build and present executive-level dashboards and insights to drive decision-making and adoption
- Engage directly with C-suite and senior leadership, influencing transformation strategy and execution
- Drive change management and user adoption across business and IT teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through enterprise transformation programs
Skills - 10+ years of experience across consulting, data, or process transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering $M+ business value across at least 10+ enterprise projects
- Prior experience as a Data Engineer or in a technical data-focused role, with strong understanding of data architecture and modeling
- Deep expertise in SAP data structures, including the ability to identify and explain how business processes map to underlying tables
- Hands-on experience with the Celonis platform (or similar process mining tools)
- Strong background in business process domains: P2P, O2C, Finance, etc.
- Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder sessions, including SAP-focused discussions
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Business process expertise (P2P, O2C, Finance)
- Familiar with process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Celonis platform experience
- Stakeholder management, change management experience
Senior level:
- 7+ years of experience
- Consulting background
- Must have delivered $M+ value, enterprise programs, C-suite engagement, 10+ projects
Mid Level:
- Value Architect certified
- 4-7 years of experience
- 3-5 implementations completed
- Domain expertise
- Can build ROI cases
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
