Job Overview WeVote is seeking a volunteer bookkeeper within our operations group to record and maintain financial transactions using Quickbooks. These transactions include purchases, expenses, revenue, and transfers. The bookkeeper will produce financial reports for the management team to run the organization efficiently. Role and Responsibilities Work with management team to understand the budget Enter financial transactions into Quickbooks monthly Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Provide financial data for tax filing Required Knowledge and Skills 3‑5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably for a small business or non‑profit Understanding of accounting principles and best practices Data entry proficiency Google Sheets Quickbooks Account reconciliation Budget tracking Good communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
