We are looking for a highly motivated APAC Recruiter with strong experience supporting the Australian market , particularly working with VMS/MSP clients . The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in sourcing and screening candidates in the BFSI domain , along with a solid understanding of IT requirements and recruitment processes . The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and submitting qualified candidates within tight turnaround times , ensuring quality submissions and compliance with VMS/MSP guidelines. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Management Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT and BFSI-related roles for clients across the Australian market . Work on VMS/MSP requirements and ensure timely submissions within defined SLAs. Conduct detailed candidate screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and suitability. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies. Sourcing Strategy Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies to identify relevant candidates. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including: Job portals Professional networks Social media Internal database Proactively build a talent pool for frequently recurring roles in the BFSI domain. Client & Requirement Understanding Analyze job descriptions and clearly understand IT technical requirements . Work closely with internal account managers and delivery leads to ensure accurate candidate matching . Maintain quality, compliance, and documentation standards required for VMS/MSP submissions. Submission & Coordination Ensure quality candidate submissions with proper formatting and documentation. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and stakeholders. Maintain recruitment tracking tools and update submission status regularly. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills 37 years of recruitment experience supporting APAC / Australian market . Strong experience working with VMS/MSP clients . Hands‑on experience in sourcing and screening candidates in BFSI domain . Excellent knowledge of IT technologies and technical recruitment . Advanced Boolean search expertise . Strong experience in candidate screening and evaluation . Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven recruitment environment . Preferred Skills Experience working with Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, or similar VMS platforms . Familiarity with Agile hiring environments . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Equivalent recruitment experience will also be considered. Work Schedule Shift Timing: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST Aligns with Australian business hours .
