PrideStaff on behalf of a client  is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager who is able to provide support to the Construction Coordinators and Project Managers. Are you well versed in overseeing projects during the entire lifecycle? Please apply today!

• Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.
• Coordinate and cooperate with contractors and
  stakeholders on all project related planning, permitting, inspections, execution and contractor deliverables for timely completion of projects with the expected quality and budget.
• Support and assist the assigned construction coordinator document the short interval schedule at project foremen meetings.
• Assisting in the facilitating the procurement documentation for all projects assigned.
• Tracking and reporting project progress. Fill out and develop reports supported by digital photographs.
• Monitors actual project scope, budgets, schedules and quality and promptly reports any deviations to the Project Manager and Construction Coordinator.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager and Construction Coordinator in an orderly and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• 5 years minimum experience managing vertical construction projects or related public works capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree – Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field.
• Proficiency in e-Builder management software
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
