This role in summary Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our Production Team as an Assembler at our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility.
The Marion, Ohio plant is the world's largest manufacturer of clothes dryers. Do you want to share your ideas in an innovative environment? Do you learn quickly in a continuous improvement atmosphere? Does the term lean manufacturing excite you? Do you have a great work ethic?
These are full-time positions with no temporary agencies involved. As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
Your responsibilities will include The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. - Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
- ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
- Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
- Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.
Minimum requirements - 1 - years of consistent work history
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Provide a high school diploma or GED;
- Be subject to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment
- Must provide a resume
Preferred skills and experiences - 3-months of manufacturing or distribution experience (consecutive)
- Associates Degree

- The starting wage is $20.85 per hour + shift premium; with time, ability to progress up to $26.47 per hour
- Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)
