We are expanding our model of compassionate, accessible care by integrating functional medicine, medical weight loss, and aesthetic services-including Botox and dermal fillers-under one roof.

We serve patients across Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and self-pay, including undocumented individuals, with a strong emphasis on dignity, trust, and results-driven care.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide both wellness and aesthetic services. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in facial injections, enjoys helping clients achieve their personal goals, and wants to be part of a community-focused team that blends medical care and cosmetic treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Botox and dermal filler treatments (Juvederm, Skinvive, Kybella)
• Administer IV therapy, B12/lipotropic injections, and medical weight loss support
• Perform wellness consultations and create treatment plans
• Maintain detailed documentation per regulatory standards
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Build strong patient relationships with a focus on inclusivity and trust
• Assist in in-office and off-site events promoting services

Requirements


Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
• 2+ years of experience with aesthetic injections (required)
• Valid NPI Number
• Experience with BHRT, medical weight loss, or primary care a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Botox and fillers certified

Critical Skills:

• Strong aesthetic eye and facial anatomy knowledge
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural healthcare settings
• Sales and upselling mindset is a plus
