FarWell Project Advisors, LLC has openings for Organizational Change Managers to join our team. We are ideally looking for "M-Shaped" Advisorsprofessionals who bring deep expertise in multiple areas along with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.
The vertical bars of the "M" represent key technical competenciesskills and expertise that allow advisors to excel in disciplines such as Change Management, Project Management, Process Optimization, or Agile. The horizontal connections illustrate the ability to leverage this expertise holistically across disciplines, collaborate across teams, and adapt to complex client needs.
This marks a shift from the traditional T-shaped model, where individuals focused on depth in one area and breadth across others. At this time, we need people who have a depth of knowledge within Organizational Change Management. Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change.
For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative. It would also be great if you have a breadth of experience across Project Management. Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of a project is ideal. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful. Continuous Improvement. Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor. Experience or certifications would be even better.
